Throughout her career, Leslie has championed educational equity, literacy development, and innovative learning opportunities that empower children to reach their full potential. Her passion for education and community impact serves as the driving force behind the Foundation's vision.

Supporting that vision is Matt Fenton, who oversees the daily leadership and operational activities of The Fenton Foundation. As a partner in an international cybersecurity firm, Matt brings extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, technology, and organizational growth. His expertise helps ensure the Foundation operates effectively while expanding its ability to provide meaningful support to children and families.

Together, Leslie and Matt combine their backgrounds in education, technology, business leadership, and community service to address some of the most significant barriers facing young learners today. By partnering with schools, community organizations, businesses, and donors, The Fenton Foundation works to provide access to books, educational resources, technology, and support systems that help create a more level playing field for every child.
